NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE
Pursuant to MCL 570.525(5), Enforcement of Lien, Maple Leaf Self Storage, LLC, will sell at Public Auction on Monday, October 10, 2022, personal property belonging to the following tenants to the highest bidder. The sale shall be held at Maple Leaf Self Storage, LLC, 125 S. Pere Marquette Hwy, Ludington, MI 49431, (231) 498-7520, commencing at approximately 10:00 AM.
1. Andrew Minidis: household, clothing, and furniture; and
2. Brooke Avery: personal belongings, several boxes, children’s items.
All sales are subject to prior cancellation. Same rules and regulations are available at the time of sale.
